Have you used a hot air oven that melts your material or tooling in one spot and leaves it cold in another? Our *Smart Heat Controls ensure a consistent temperature throughout the entire oven and you can rest assured that your product will not get too hot!
Smart Heat Controls use PLC controlled and monitored convection heating system that will allow your parts to remain a constant and consistent temperature. Our system allows for fresh air to enter the oven and exhaust air in the event of overheating your part. You can control what the minimum and maximum temperature needed to run your product. Keep in mind that not all vinyl or composite cellular materials heat the same. Our Heating system is the most versatile on the market allowing you to heat the thinnest vinyl material to the thickest vinyl, composite or cellular vinyl.

Each ‘Section’ of the oven is monitored with superior temperature sensors and Heated by infrared heaters and forced air convection. (Standard 12’ length has 3 zones)
-Advanced temperature process control Gives a continuous temperature throughout the entire oven, eliminating cold spots.

-2 access doors
Two doors allow you to operate from either end of this oven. The entire top opens to give access for maintenance.
